High Quality hand machine. Cuts fabric and covers buttons. Uses 2 piece dies and short cutters. It has a reinforced frame and handle. Bolts to a table for added stability. Comes complete with a wood block for cutting covers. It products 80 to 120 buttons per hour. Also used to set snaps, grommets and ventilators. 

C.S. Osborne W-3 Pneumatic Press Machine.

Works with 2 piece button die and also cuts the material with a short cutter. Operates with 60 to 120 lbs. of compressed air. Foot pedal included. Clear plastic safety guard locks the machine. Easy to assemble and mount to bench or  work station.

This machine also sets GROMMETS (plain or spur), VENTILATORS, RAPID RIVETS and SNAPS with appropriate dies.

Same as the popular W-1 Button Machine but faster.

Used with 3 piece Swivel Dies and long cutters for fast production.

Heavy ribbed construction. Long handle for extra leverage.

Comfortable plastic handle grip allows operator to work at higher speed.

Makes production up to 180-250 buttons per hour.

Also used to set snaps, grommets, and ventilators.
