Terms of sale: All prices & terms are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at prices in effect on date order is accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by Alan Richard Textiles, Ltd. Sales tax, if any, shall be added to the invoice.

Warranty: This warranty is limited to Alan Richard Textiles, Ltd. choice of: replacement or refund towards defective products and will not cover the cost of labor, installation or claims for insidental or consequential damages of any sort.

Returns: Credits will be issued for merchandise only. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must have prior authorization. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

Shipping: All orders ship UPS or USPS F.O.B Westbury, New York. We do ship freight collect on customers UPS or FEDEX accounts for a handling fee of $5.00.

Free Shipping is not available. Our Minimum Order is $15.00.
