C.S. Osborne arch punches are drop forged in one piece from the finest carbon steel in sizes from 1/8" to 2-1/8" diameter. Larger pieces are made with our properly engineered two piece welded construction. A unique feature of the C.S. Osborne arch punch is the inside taper which permits the punchiings to clear easily through the barrel. Punches have fully polished barrel. The cutting edge is fully hardened all the way through and properly finished to provide long use trouble free punching.
These punches should be used with a C.S. Osborne # 603 Cutting Pad.
The use of a C.S. Osborne wooden mallet or rawhide hammer is recommended.

Made of a special formula resistant vinyl plastic.
These tough cutting pads are ideal for use with C.S. Osborne Punches.
They are long wearing and can be used on both sides.
Cutting pads should be used on a solid base for best results.
The self-healing surface absorbs cuts and helps prevent scars from forming on the smooth face of the pad.
