I was looking for a tack puller that was more comfortable in my hand and this model has a longer handle so you can generate more leverage making it a little easier to pull out those rusty staples.
A larger diameter handle would make this tool even better but it works fine the way it is.
It is a large tool and may not be perfect for all applications but I know I'll be using it from now on.
A dressing with a file and some emery cloth helps to smooth out the rough casting marks and tapers the points.
