Design
The Acu-Cutter 350 is a simple multi purpose foam cutter that can cut most foams up to 8 ½ inches thick. The Acu-Cutter 350 has 2 blades, one stationery and one moving. The blades are made from ½ inch (front to back) “V” tooth blade material (10 teeth per inch) to produce a fine reliable cut. The Acu-Cutter 350 is also available as a 12 inch saw. Because foam saws are awkward to use, we do not recommend this unless your foam cutting requires the longer length.

Replacement Procedure
Your foam cutter has a set of two blades. One blade (longer) is the moving blade. The other blade (shorter) is the fixed blade. Under normal wear conditions, only the moving blade will need to be replaced. However if both of your blades are damaged, follow the procedure for both blades.

U-Cut is Fast and Flexible
Place U-Cut on a flat surface with the foam material to be cut.
The desired thickness is quickly set by means of an adjustable screw setting.
The operator then merely pushed and pulls the U-Cut in a saw-like action making wedges, curves, arcs, and other special shapes.
U-Cut is great for proto-typing and small furniture jobs.
U-Cut will cut a minimum thickness of 1/4" to a maximum thickness of 9".
Material up to 36" in width and unlimited length can be processed.
Scrap can be glued, salvage and re-cut.
