These are perfect for what I need and the pricing on these were good, but the problem with the cord and the extra costs for the shipment were very disappointing. Also, as I had mentioned to you when I ordered UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box ( I did learn that for rural deliveries UPS will deliver to the 911 address) At any rate we went into Calgary and picked up from their terminal. I hope this info will help you with your future Canadian customers
3/8" diameter brass and silver rings are a basic supply item for our fabric window shade fabrication. We prefer bulk quantities for inventory simplification. There are fewer and fewer sources for these rings in 1G bags. These are very nice quality and as a bonus are well priced tool. If only you were closer to Seattle . . . . Thank you.
Our responseThis is a light item and can ship via the USPS. That will cost less in freight and will arrive much more quickly than Fed Ex or UPS.
These are mostly used when I'm making Roman shades. I prefer the brass rings because the plastic ones are compromised by the sun over time, and it's not fun to restring a shade just because the ring disintegrated. This is one of the best values I've found, and I will continue to buy these from Alan Richard Textiles.
