They are as pictured- no frills, no mounting screws or hardware - but at this price you can afford to purchase the appropriate sized screws at the local hardware! Order arrived quickly and allowed me to continue making Roman shades during the Covid-19 pandemic ... very responsive to orders and quick shipment. Please note - there are no directions on how to properly thread so you either know how to do it or you’ll have to search the internet for directions. Would be nice if each bag contained at least one set of instructions as a reference for properly threading.
