This was the most ideal and practical material for roman shade ribs or battens. My husband cut it to size and I don't think he had any problems doing that. The rib fit snug inside of the rib tape. So we even took cut pieces and inserted them and being it was so snug, nothing bowed out. I highly recommend this product for making your roman shades look professionally done.

I like the way these are sold, you buy the 14' piece, they cut it to your specs and the price is very good. These fit perfectly in a 1/2" pocket, give the flexible yet sturdy support I am looking for in a roman shade batten.
