Haven't used yet but very happy with what I see. Getting ready to use on a 16' Roman shade. We will see.

The product is very nice and was packed nicely. It was doubled bagged which helped when I was dispensing them for use. They were very nice and smooth so there will be no snags when they are used to pull the drapes up or lower them. I am very happy with the product.
